I was never a huge fan of barbecue sauce, but when we made it one day in my culinary program, in a perfect dish with pork and pineapples, I finally gained an appreciation for this special sauce.
I didn’t realize until now though how many different ways there were to make it! Just in time for your Labour Day “farewell-to-summer” barbecue, we’ve compiled this great list of Paleo BBQ sauce recipes. But these are actually great all year round on various meat and veggie dishes, so be sure to bookmark to this list and refer back to it throughout the year!
Top 10 Paleo BBQ Sauce Recipes

Ingredients: bacon fat, chopped shallot, peaches, tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, water, coconut aminos, chipotle pepper flakes, salt and pepper.

Ingredients: tomato paste, ghee, hot sauce, fresh orange juice, apple cider vinegar, distilled water, yellow mustard, allspice, cinnamon, black pepper, chili powder, paprika, garlic salt.
