Due to the Ancestral Health Symposium and a bunch of other stuff I had to get done, I hadn’t been to Crossfit in 2 weeks. Nor had I done a whole lot of anything else…

In my head, I kept telling myself that it’s a good thing to take breaks from exercise. It’s a stress, after all, and my body should have some time to recover. Positive thinking and all that.

Unfortunately, positive thinking failed about 5 minutes into my workout…
