Step 1: Dice the chicken breast.

Step 2: Stir fry the diced chicken breast in some avocado oil – sprinkle salt on it.

Step 3: Make the orange sauce by blending the navel orange with the tamari sauce, ginger, and garlic.

Step 4: Once the chicken starts to brown, add in half the sauce.
