Serves: 1 cup of olive tapenade
  • 1 cup of pitted black olives
  • ¼ cup of parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt to taste
  1. Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend well.
