I know many people think Paleo is tough, and to be truthful, it can be! It takes time to cook, and it takes a lot of energy to make our lives less stressful. So, I’m always happy when companies make products to make my life easier. Here’s a list of Paleo products (books & foods, including lots of Paleo snacks) that Jeremy and I enjoy and that make Paleo lifestyle easier and better.

Perfect Health Diet by Paul Jaminet and Shou-Ching Jaminet – a science-focused book that takes a slightly different perspective of paleo and ancestral nutrition (allowing some additional safe starches).

The Paleo Approach Book by Sarah Ballantyne

The Paleo Approach by Sarah Ballantyne – if you have an autoimmune condition, then you should definitely get this book.

Practical Paleo by Diane Sanfilippo

Practical Paleo by Diane Sanfilippo – filled with practical advice, cool illustrations, and recipes!
