Jeremy and I have been eating a ton more vegetables recently, and this broccolini sauteed recipe is one of the tastiest and one of the easiest.

Easy Garlic Lemon Broccolini Sauteed Recipe

Place some olive oil into a saute pan and place the broccolini into the pan.

Saute for 5 minutes until bright green (cook for longer if you prefer). Add in the lemon juice, then add in the garlic and saute for a few minutes more. Add in garlic powder (optional) and salt to taste.

Ingredients
  • ½ lb broccolini
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1-2 Tablespoons garlic powder (optional)
  • 2-3 Tablespoons olive oil to saute in
  • Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Add the olive oil into the saute pan on medium heat.
  2. Add in the broccolini and saute for 5 minutes (parboil the broccolini first if you prefer it softer).
  3. Add in the garlic, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt.
  4. Saute for a few more minutes and serve immediately.
