Real Life Paleo Meal Plan: Day 10

On a busy day, I need some quick no-fuss meals, and that was what Thursday was all about!

Breakfast: I had some bone broth (recipe here) for breakfast (always a good option to start your day with!)

Lunch: I made a super fast saute with some Grass Fed Hotdogs and veggies. These grass fed hotdogs are Organic Uncured Grass-Fed Beef Hot Dogs made by True Story (sold in various Costcos in the United States). They do have a little bit of organic evaporated cane sugar, but it’s something we’re willing to fudge occasionally for the convenience of a fast meal.

Dinner: Pan-fried cod (recipe here) with Roasted Rosemary Vegetables (recipe coming) and more grass fed hot dog vegetable saute.

By the way, if you haven’t tried it, pan fried fresh fish is one of the fastest dinners ever. It’s nutritious, delicious, easy, and super fast!
