Real Life Paleo Meal Plan: Day 12

Breakfast: A cup of Bone Broth (recipe here) and a cup of Ultimate Paleo Coffee (recipe here) while sitting in the sunshine.

Lunch: Curry Garlic Chicken Drumsticks (recipe coming) with leftover Chinese Spare Ribs (recipe here).

Dinner: Alison Golden (who runs and is author of The Modern No-Nonsense Guide to Paleo) and her husband, Bernard Golden, prepared a wonderful Paleo dinner for us at their house. We had George Bryant’s Slow Cooker Pulled Pork (recipe here), a roast chicken, mashed sweet potatoes, and Brussels sprouts, followed by honey roasted pear (a really simple but delicious way to end a meal).

Jeremy and I both had seconds (as well as a glass of red wine)! The conversation flowed easily from the fascinating tech world (which Bernard is in) to the new CSA Alison had joined. We traversed the future of American education to the reason why our internet connection is so slow to the fascinating Seven Up British TV series (which follows a group of 20 real people from age 7 onwards, filming them every 7 years).
