Real Life Paleo Meal Plan: Day 17
I spent a beautiful day in downtown Napa, working some in the hotel in the morning and then taking a lovely walk in the afternoon to the Oxbow Market.
Breakfast: I had a cold boiled egg with some salt and a cup of decaf coffee with some ghee melted in it.
Lunch: It was a nice walk over to the Oxbow Market, which I had visited the day before (posted here), and I got the 1/2 herb crusted roasted duck with some mixed field greens and avocado at C Casa. It was seriously delicious! And while I was there, I couldn’t resist another cup of Ritual Coffee (especially since it was next to C Casa).
Dinner: We were at Celadonfor dinner, and I opted for seafood (mussels followed by seabass with a glass of Riesling).
