Real Life Paleo Meal Plan: Day 22
Another day of travel!
Breakfast: I started the day with just a coffee with some ghee in it.
Lunch: We picked up a very late lunch at a restaurant in the Denver airport. Jeremy got a burger with the bun, and I got a brisket burrito bowl without the beans, tortilla, or any dairy.
Dinner: We stopped by Whole Foods on our way home from the airport and bought some seafood for a coconut seafood soup (recipe here). This is one of my favorite recipes because it’s so nutritious and yet also so quick and easy to make!
