Real Life Paleo Meal Plan: Day 5
We were having friends over for dinner, so we headed to Whole Foods for some Grassfed beef steaks and some fresh seafood (prawns, mussels, scallops, and tilapia).
Quick lunch/afternoon snack: We had some of the Roasted Rosemary Vegetables (recipe coming) that I was cooking for later.
Dinner: Carrot crab hash (recipe coming), coconut seafood soup (recipe here), grassfed steaks (cooked in olive oil and ghee), and apple pecan Brussels sprouts (recipe here). We shared a bottle of chardonnay and a bottle of merlot over dinner.
Dessert: Dark chocolate.
