So, here’s a quick (prep time is practically nil!) and simple slow cooker roast recipe.
After it comes out of the slow cooker, you can just slice it and eat it, or you can store it and use it in sautés, salads, and soups throughout the week. One of my favorite beef sautés is Paleo fajitas (recipe here).
