This is a really simple egg salad you can make for a quick snack. I really enjoyed it as the filling for these bacon cups (recipe here)!

- 4 hard boiled eggs, peeled
- 1/2 Tablespoon mustard (add more to taste)
- salt to taste
- Cut up the hard boiled eggs into small pieces.
- In a bowl, combine with the mustard and salt. Mix well.
