Serves: 15 burgers
Ingredients
  • 3 lbs of ground beef
  • 2 leeks, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons of parsley, chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients together well.
  2. Form into meat patties
  3. Grill or pan fry.
