Cook An Entire Paleo Meal
It’s often easy to find a bunch of disparate recipes that all look good but totally don’t fit together and would be impossible to cook in one meal.
So, I thought it would be cool to showcase an ENTIRE PALEO MEAL!
All 3 recipes (the baked green beans, the baked sweet potato fries, and the Italian chicken bites) are from the Cooking Planit App, and you need to register for a free account at Cooking Planit in order to enter the cool Giveaway to win a 12 piece set of T-Fal cookware!
I thought you might want to enter to win this entire 12-piece set of T-Fal cookware first before I tell you about the food (which is below the giveaway).
They come with utensils and are dishwasher safe (according to their website, T-Fal), which is something I always appreciate. And you get 49 other chances to win by visiting other blogs (see bottom of post) during their giveaway time.
Disclaimer: Please note that I was gifted the T-Fal set as a promotion (to review it) for this giveaway, which is sponsored by Cooking Planit and T-Fal. The giveaway of the T-Fal set is limited to one winner per household from the 50 blogs participating in the promotion. Individuals winning more than one giveaway will receive 1 set of cookware and the other winning entries will be disqualified and an alternative winner will be chosen. If you have any questions or issues about any of the T-Fal cookware pieces in the giveaway, please feel free to contact Cooking Planit and/or T-Fal Corp.
Now onto the food…
First off, I made some baked sweet potato fries. They were a huge hit! I also made some baked green beans. I modified the oven temperature a bit so I could cook both at the same time. All the recipes are from the Cooking Planit App, which is a recipe app that walks you through entire meals rather than just one recipe. (There’s even a voice-activated option where you can speak to your phone to tell it to move to the next step.)
Both the sweet potato fries and the green beans turned out amazing as you can see below:
To go with these cool sides, I also made the Italian Chicken Bites recipe from the Cooking Planit App.
All the recipes were super simple, and I ended up with this amazing dinner spread.
And this is what the App looks like when you’re making these recipes:
Is the App Paleo?
In case you’re wondering whether the Cooking Planit App is Paleo or not…it’s unfortunately not, but it does have a lot of customizability, and you can search recipes without items like gluten, dairy, soy, nuts, and more:
What’s more, it’s actually great if you have to cook for a family with lots of different diets.
So, go sign up for your Free Cooking Planit Account online (which you will need to do to enter the giveaway above) and try out their App (there’s a Free version for you to see some of the recipes and to try out some of the features).
