It can be hard to eat a decent breakfast first thing in the morning. I usually start my day with a cup of Paleo coffee and then continue with something more hearty a few hours later.
I tend to go for both a late and large breakfast and lunch and to keep dinner light, but of course different things work for different people. It can’t be denied though, eating a large, protein-rich breakfast is key in decreasing overall hunger throughout the day.
