Serves 2


  • 1 heaping cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1/2 medium ripe avocado, pitted
  • 1 TBSP coconut butter
  • 2 level scoops ARMOR
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup canned full fat coconut milk
  • 3/4 cup water


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender in the order listed.
  2. Blend on high until thick, creamy, and smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.
