From the August/September 2017 issue
- 1 heaping cup frozen wild blueberries
- 1/2 medium ripe avocado, pitted
- 1 TBSP coconut butter
- 2 level scoops ARMOR
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup canned full fat coconut milk
- 3/4 cup water
- Place all ingredients in a blender in the order listed.
- Blend on high until thick, creamy, and smooth.
- Serve immediately.
