From the August/September 2013 issue
- 2 cups baby arugula
- 1 large green apple, diced
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp fresh orange zest
- Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl; gently toss to combine.
- Serve chilled.
