Ingredients

  • 2 cups baby arugula
  • 1 large green apple, diced
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp fresh orange zest

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl; gently toss to combine.
  2. Serve chilled.
