Serves 2


  • 1 medium ripe avocado, pitted
  • 1/2 cup canned full fat coconut milk
  • 1 level scoop ARMOR
  • 1 TBSP honey, or to taste
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp finely grated lemon zest
  • Water, as needed to blend
  • 1 cup fresh berries (any variety or a mix)
  • Toasted coconut flakes, for garnish (optional)


  1. Combine the avocado, coconut milk, ARMOR, honey, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a blender. Blend on high until creamy and smooth, adding a few tablespoons of water as needed to help blend and thin. Do not add too much water. The texture of the pudding should be thick but creamy.
  2. Layer the pudding in 2 bowls or glasses with the berries.
  3. Top with toasted coconut flakes if desired. Serve immediately.

*Tip: For a colder pudding, chill the avocado, coconut milk, lemon, and water before making.
