Ingredients

  • 4 hard boiled eggs, peeled and sliced in half lengthwise
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and mashed
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions

  1. Spoon out egg yolks into a large bowl; mix with avocado, chili powder, sea salt and pepper.
  2. Transfer mixture into egg cavities.
  3. Serve chilled.
