From August/September 2013 issue
- 4 hard boiled eggs, peeled and sliced in half lengthwise
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and mashed
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Spoon out egg yolks into a large bowl; mix with avocado, chili powder, sea salt and pepper.
- Transfer mixture into egg cavities.
- Serve chilled.
