- TBSP avocado oil
- 1/2 cup yellow onion, diced
- Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp chili powder1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes, optional
- 3 large bell peppers (any color), seeded and sliced
- 4 cups green cabbage, shredded
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 2 large avocados, pitted and sliced
