- 1 cup mixed frozen berries
- 1 medium ripe pear, peeled, cored, and chopped
- 1 medium beet, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 medium ripe avocado, pitted
- 1 (1/2-inch thick) slice fresh ginger, peeled
- 3/4 cup canned coconut milk (full fat)
- 3/4 cup water
- Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend on high until creamy and smooth. Serve immediately.
