  • 1 cup mixed frozen berries
  • 1 medium ripe pear, peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 1 medium beet, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 medium ripe avocado, pitted
  • 1 (1/2-inch thick) slice fresh ginger, peeled
  • 3/4 cup canned coconut milk (full fat)
  • 3/4 cup water


  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend on high until creamy and smooth. Serve immediately.
