Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 2 medium frozen bananas
  • 1/2 medium ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup canned coconut milk (full fat)
  • 1/2 cup water (or more as needed)

Optional toppings:

  • Sliced bananas or fresh berries
  • Hemp seeds
  • Chopped walnuts
  • Raw cacao nibs

Directions

  1. Combine the berries, bananas, avocado, cacao powder, cinnamon, coconut milk, and water in a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth, adding additional water if needed
