From the October/November 2018 issue
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 2 medium frozen bananas
- 1/2 medium ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup canned coconut milk (full fat)
- 1/2 cup water (or more as needed)
- Sliced bananas or fresh berries
- Hemp seeds
- Chopped walnuts
- Raw cacao nibs
- Combine the berries, bananas, avocado, cacao powder, cinnamon, coconut milk, and water in a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth, adding additional water if needed
