Serves 4


  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup chopped radishes
  • 1 TBSP finely chopped red onion
  • 1 TBSP finely chopped fresh mint
  • 1 TBSP fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Sea salt, to taste


  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl and toss gently to combine.
  2. Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 day
