Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup chopped radishes
- 1 TBSP finely chopped red onion
- 1 TBSP finely chopped fresh mint
- 1 TBSP fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp honey
- Sea salt, to taste
Directions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl and toss gently to combine.
- Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 day
