Serves 2


  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1 TBSP whole chia seeds
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, preferably soaked overnight
  • 1-2 scoops collagen protein or peptides (optional)
  • 1/2 cup canned coconut milk (full fat)
  • 1-1/2 cups water


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender in the order listed.
  2. Blend on high until creamy and smooth.

*Note: For a sweeter smoothie, add 1-2 pitted Medjool dates.
