PREP TIME: 15 MINS + 4 HOURS FOR FREEZING
SERVINGS: 6 – 8
- 2 medium-sized ripe avocados (about 9 oz each)
- 1 medium-sized ripe banana (4 oz)
- ½ cup (48g) raw cacao powder
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 1 5.4-oz can coconut cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp ancho chili powder
- ¼ tsp fine sea salt
- Place all ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth. Stop machine and scrape down sides of bowl as needed. Make sure all lumps are out
