Ingredients

  • 2 medium-sized ripe avocados (about 9 oz each)
  • 1 medium-sized ripe banana (4 oz)
  • ½ cup (48g) raw cacao powder
  • 
½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 5.4-oz can coconut cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ancho chili powder
  • ¼ tsp fine sea salt

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth. Stop machine and scrape down sides of bowl as needed. Make sure all lumps are out and mixture is perfectly smooth and incorporated. Taste and season with additional maple syrup, if desired. (Yield: 2 ½ cups)
  2. Divide mixture among 6 to 8 popsicle molds. Add sticks and freeze until firm, at least 4 hours.
