For the Crepes:
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 3 TBSP melted coconut oil, plus more for pan
- 3 TBSP coconut flour
- 2 TBSP arrowroot starch
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 cup water
For the Filling:
- 3/4 cup coconut butter
- 3 TBSP pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch sea salt
For the Topping:
- 1 (2.1-oz) bar dark chocolate (at least 70%, such as Hu Simple Bar®), chopped
- 1 TBSP coconut
