Ingredients

For the Crepes:

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 3 TBSP melted coconut oil, plus more for pan
  • 3 TBSP coconut flour
  • 2 TBSP arrowroot starch
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 cup water

For the Filling:

  • 3/4 cup coconut butter
  • 3 TBSP pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch sea salt

For the Topping:

  • 1 (2.1-oz) bar dark chocolate (at least 70%, such as Hu Simple Bar®), chopped
  • 1 TBSP coconut
