From the October/November 2017 issue
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1 large ripe banana, peeled and broken into chunks
- 1/2 medium ripe avocado
- 1-2 pitted Medjool dates
- 3 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder or raw cacao powder
- 1 heaping scoop ARMOR
- 1/2 cup cold coffee
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup canned coconut milk (full fat)
- Place the ingredients in a blender in the order listed.
- Blend on high until creamy and smooth.
- Serve immediately.
