PREP TIME:​ 5 minutes


  • 1-1/2 Cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 Cup cauliflower rice
  • 1 heaping Cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 scoops collagen peptides
  • 1-1/2 TBSP cacao powder
  • 1 medjool date
  • 1 TBSP almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of sea salt
  • for topping: cacao nibs, shredded coconut


  1. In a high powered blender, place all ingredients in the order listed. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute. Top with cacao nibs and shredded coconut and enjoy!
