PREP TIME: 5 minutes
- 1-1/2 Cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 Cup cauliflower rice
- 1 heaping Cup frozen strawberries
- 2 scoops collagen peptides
- 1-1/2 TBSP cacao powder
- 1 medjool date
- 1 TBSP almond butter
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of sea salt
- for topping: cacao nibs, shredded coconut
- In a high powered blender, place all ingredients in the order listed. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute. Top with cacao nibs and shredded coconut and enjoy!
