Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek plain yogurt (full fat)
  • 1/2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp fresh lemon zest

Directions

  1. Layer yogurt, cocoa powder, ground cinnamon, chia seeds and lemon zest into a tall glass.
  2. Serve chilled.
