- 1 cup Greek plain yogurt (full fat)
- 1/2 tsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp fresh lemon zest
- Layer yogurt, cocoa powder, ground cinnamon, chia seeds and lemon zest into a tall glass.
- Serve chilled.
