Makes 1 heaping cup


  • 1 cup raw cashews, covered with water and soaked for 3–4 hours
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 TBSP fresh lemon juice
  • 1 TBSP apple cider vinegar
  • 1 TBSP (packed) fresh dill
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt


  1. Drain the soaked cashews.
