COOK TIME: 45 minutes
- 4 pieces bacon
- 2 Cups diced onion
- 4 medium bell peppers, diced
- 4 Cups diced ham
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 12 large eggs
- For topping: avocado, hot sauce
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a medium bowl, whisk eggs with salt and pepper and set aside.
