In this episode, Tony talks with the fitness explorer, Darryl Edwards, co-author of the book, Paleo Fitness: Primal Training and Nutrition to get Lean, Strong and Healthy. Tony was fortunate enough to take part in Darryl’s Paleo Effects PRIMALity workshop, working through a creative series of movements that had all the lucky participants laughing, rolling around on the ground and interacting with each other. It was a great workout, and the environment Darryl created allowed everyone to connect on a deep, human level and revolutionized Tony’s perspective on training and redefined the word fitness.
In part two of this episode, Tony talks with Vivian Wong. She’s a pre-med student at Boston University, class of 2017, and currently a clinical research coordinator at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, working on breast cancer treatment and trials. Tony met Vivian at Darryl’s PRIMALity workshop and invited her on PMR to talk about her experience.
