  • 1 lb grass-fed ground beef
  • 2 TBSP raw Honey
  • 2 tsp dried Parsley
  • 1 tsp Marjoram
  • 1 tsp granulated Onion
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Fennel seeds
  • ½ tsp Sage
  • ½ tsp Sea salt
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tsp coconut oil


  1. Heat oil in pan over medium heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix all ingredients; form into approximately 3-inch patties.
  3. Cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes; flip and cook for another 3 minutes.
