Serves 4


  • 4 medium firm but ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 1 TBSP coconut oil, melted
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • Pinch of sea salt


  1. Heat a grill to medium.
  2. Brush both sides of the peaches with the coconut oil.
  3. Grill over indirect heat for 3-5 minutes, flipping once, until the peaches are marked and caramelized.
