PREP TIME: 5 minutes
COOK TIME: 10 minutes
- 1 1/2 Lb ground turkey
- 1/4 Cup sliced green onion
- 1 TBSP coconut aminos
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 Cup + 2 TBSP mayo
- 6 large pineapple slices, about 1/2 inch thick
- 1 large avocado, sliced
- lettuce leafs, for serving
- Light grill to medium-high heat and let it come up to temperature. Add turkey, green onion, coconut aminos, ginger, parika, and garlic
