PREP TIME:​ 5 minutes
COOK TIME:​ 10 minutes


  • 1 1/2 Lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 Cup sliced green onion
  • 1 TBSP coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 Cup + 2 TBSP mayo
  • 6 large pineapple slices, about 1/2 inch thick
  • 1 large avocado, sliced
  • lettuce leafs, for serving


  1. Light grill to medium-high heat and let it come up to temperature. Add turkey, green onion, coconut aminos, ginger, parika, and garlic
