From the August/September 2018 issue
- 4 medium sweet apples, such as Gala or Pink Lady, peeled, cored, and sliced
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp maple syrup (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup water
- Combine all of the ingredients in an Instant Pot. Stir to combine.
- Close the lid, turn vent to Sealed, and cook on Manual pressure for 2 minutes.
- When done perform a Quick Release. When the steam has stopped, remove the lid.
- Spoon the apples into bowls and serve.
