Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
  • 1 TBSP coconut oil
  • 1 TBSP pure maple syrup
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

For the Filling:

  • 4 large eggs, plus 1 yolk
  • 2/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tsp lime zest
  • 1 cup key lime juice\
  • 1-1/2 TBSP arrowroot powder
  • 1/8 tsp fine sea salt
  • Coconut whipped cream, for serving, optional
