Serves 4-6

Ingredients

  • 2 medium Italian tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 2 medium ripe kiwis, peeled and chopped
  • 1 medium ripe avocado, pitted and diced
  • 1 small shallot, finely chopped
  • 1 medium jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 TBSP fresh lime juice
  • 1 TBSP honey (optional)
  • Sea salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Serve within 1 hour for best flavor and texture.
