- 2 medium Italian tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 2 medium ripe kiwis, peeled and chopped
- 1 medium ripe avocado, pitted and diced
- 1 small shallot, finely chopped
- 1 medium jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 TBSP fresh lime juice
- 1 TBSP honey (optional)
- Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
- Combine all of the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
- Serve within 1 hour for best flavor and texture.
