Ingredients
- 24 Chicken Wings, washed and patted dry
- 2 TBSP Oil
Seasoning:
- 1 TBSP Paprika
- 2 tsp Granulated Onion
- ½ tsp Granulated Garlic
- ¼ tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- Freshly Ground Pepper to taste
Wing Sauce:
- 1 15oz Can Organic Tomato Sauce
- 1 6oz Can Organic Tomato Paste
- 3 TBSP Raw Honey or Maple Syrup
- 3 TBSP Organic Apple Cider
- Vinegar
- 2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 TBSP Granulated Onion
- 1 tsp Paprika
- ½ tsp Smoked Paprika
- 2 tsp Granulated Garlic
- 1 TBSP Coconut Aminos or GF
- Tamari Soy Sauce or Braggs Liquid Aminos
Directions
- Mix wing seasoning together in a small bowl.
- Coat wings with oil. Sprinkle all of the seasoning over wings and rub in evenly with your hands. Don’t forget to wash your hands now!
- Cover a large baking sheet with foil. Grease or spray foil. Place seasoned wings evenly on pan, trying to not let them touch so they bake evenly and get crispy.
- Cook wings in a 375° oven for about 45 minutes, or until wings are browned, crispy and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, combine all sauce ingredients in a large saucepan. Heat over medium low until heated through.
- Place cooked wings in a large bowl, add enough sauce to make yourself happy, and toss lightly to coat wings evenly. Serve and devour…remember the napkins!
- Refrigerate extra sauce to use with chicken fingers, steak bites, or to top mini meatloaf. We even use it as a dipping sauce for Italian meatballs!
