• 24 Chicken Wings, washed and patted dry
  • 2 TBSP Oil


  • 1 TBSP Paprika
  • 2 tsp Granulated Onion
  • ½ tsp Granulated Garlic
  • ¼ tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • Freshly Ground Pepper to taste

Wing Sauce:

  • 1 15oz Can Organic Tomato Sauce
  • 1 6oz Can Organic Tomato Paste
  • 3 TBSP Raw Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 3 TBSP Organic Apple Cider
  • Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 TBSP Granulated Onion
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • ½ tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 2 tsp Granulated Garlic
  • 1 TBSP Coconut Aminos or GF
  • Tamari Soy Sauce or Braggs Liquid Aminos


  1. Mix wing seasoning together in a small bowl.
  2. Coat wings with oil. Sprinkle all of the seasoning over wings and rub in evenly with your hands. Don’t forget to wash your hands now!
  1. Cover a large baking sheet with foil. Grease or spray foil. Place seasoned wings evenly on pan, trying to not let them touch so they bake evenly and get crispy.
  2. Cook wings in a 375° oven for about 45 minutes, or until wings are browned, crispy and cooked through.
  3. Meanwhile, combine all sauce ingredients in a large saucepan. Heat over medium low until heated through.
  4. Place cooked wings in a large bowl, add enough sauce to make yourself happy, and toss lightly to coat wings evenly. Serve and devour…remember the napkins!
  1. Refrigerate extra sauce to use with chicken fingers, steak bites, or to top mini meatloaf. We even use it as a dipping sauce for Italian meatballs!
