I’ve written a lot about coconut water recently (here’s a review of Harmless Harvest, which is one of my fav coconut waters, and this other article is all about the health benefits of coconut water), and even though I don’t think it’s great to drink all the time due to its sugar content, I do really like it. That’s why I thought I’d try making some smoothies and drinks using it.
So, here’s a really easy breakfast green smoothie recipe using coconut water. If you don’t want too much sugar at breakfast, then omit the banana (although it’ll make the smoothie less thick).
