- 2 lb baby squash or zucchini, chopped into pieces
- 6 cloves of garlic, crushed
- olive oil to saute in
- Pour 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil into a skillet on medium to high heat.
- Place the baby squash/zucchini pieces into the skillet.
- Saute the baby squash/zucchini pieces until they soften (approx. 10 minutes).
- Add the garlic and saute for 1-2 minutes more.
- Serving Size: 1-2 cups
