Bread:

  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 large egg whites
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 TBSP coconut flour
  • 2/3 cup arrowroot starch
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Stuffing:

  • 1 TBSP coconut oil
  • 12 oz white button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
