- 2/3 cup arrowroot starch
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 TBSP coconut oil
- 12 oz white button mushrooms, sliced
- 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
