Makes about 2 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 lb frozen raspberries
  • 3–4 TBSP honey
  • 3 TBSP whole chia seeds

Directions

  1. Place the frozen berries in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a rapid simmer. Reduce the heat to low and simmer until the berries break down, 6–8 minutes.
  2. Stir in the honey and chia seeds.
  3. Continue to cook, stirring often, for 5–6 minutes until the mixture thickens.
  4. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
