Blueberry Breakfast Shake

1/2–1 cup ice cubes
2 cups frozen blueberries
1 medium ripe banana, broken into chunks
1/2 medium ripe avocado, pitted
3 TBSP unsweetened creamy almond butter (or any nut or seed butter)
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1-1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk, or more if needed
