Zora Tabin, founder of the Wild Zora company and snack bars, created her product out of a desire for a junk-free, portable alternative to all of the jerky available in conventional stores.
“I consider meat and vegetables a complete meal, so I started to mix and dehydrate 100 percent grass-fed beef with veggies and discovered I could make super-tasty snacks that my family and friends really enjoyed,” Tabin says.
