- 5 fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup of boiling water
- Wash the leaves gently in cold water to take off any dirt.
- Boil some water and add it to the leaves.
- Leave to steep for a while to get the minty flavor to seep in, but you can drink any time (it just gets mintier with time).
- It’s great to make a large pot of tea with 20-30 mint leaves.
