Serves 4-6


For the fruit:

  • 1 TBSP coconut oil
  • 5 medium sweet apples, such as Gala or Pink Lady, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
  • 2 cups fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, or a combination)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 TBSP tapioca flour

For the topping:

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup tapioca flour
  • 3 TBSP coconut flour
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 6 TBSP coconut oil, room
