COOK TIME:​ 8 minutes


  • 1 Lb ground chicken thigh
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2-4 TBSP almond flour* (see notes)
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 1 large avocado, sliced
  • iceberg lettuce, for buns
  • hot sauce, for topping


  1. Add chicken, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, salt and pepper, and almond flour* to a medium size
