Makes 2 small loaves
- 1-1/2 cups blanched almond flour
- 2 TBSP coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground allspice
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 3/4 cup pumpkin purée
- 3 large eggs, room temperature
- 6 TBSP maple syrup
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter or coconut oil, melted and cooled
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
- 1/3 cup raisins or dark chocolate chips (optional)
